Hi All,
I just found out that essentially every person I've ever known reads my blog. I'm thrilled and overjoyed to see that people are taking such a keen interest in my life but hey, if you'd like catch up and reminisce about high school, hit me up with an email instead of reading my blog, would'ya??
In any event, I'm dunzo. It's been real but this blog is officially being put to rest.
I may start a new blog that isn't up on billboards throughout Toronto so, if you're interested in reading it (if and when I actually create a new one!!) please email me at jillyinthecity@gmail.com. Either way, if you'd like to keep in touch, please drop me a line.

In case this didn't come across in my post above, I just want to let you all know just how very much I loved having this blog. I loved writing it, I loved keeping a record of my crazy life, I loved the comments from the various people that came on here but more than anything, I loved making so many interesting, warm and hilarious friends. I have learned so very much from all of you and for that I will be forever indebted.
Please do keep in touch. I will miss you dearly. :(

Jill, please tell me you saved all your entries! PLEASE tell me you didn't toss all that! It's one thing to un-public your blog, but it's entirely another to delete your thoughts, feelings, and friends for.......how long now???

Hi Outburst, I didn't know you were from Toronto. Cool! :) I found this out from someone. It wasn't a site meter thing, although I've noticed for a long time now that there are many Toronto folks reading my blog. I just figured there was more of an interest in my blog since I'm a fellow Canadian.
Haley-O: If I do change it, I'm not going to tell a single person I've ever met what the new address is. It's just way too much drama and it takes all of the fun out of it for me.

The end of an era!!! I am not sure what I am going to do... I'm in a bit of a state of shock here, but I understand... I totally understand.
You might inspire me to make a change to my blog too... or at least check sitemeter to see how many people in my town of residence are taking an interest... hmmm.... maybe it's better NOT to know.
Sorry things got so extreme on your end, girl. You lead a fun and quirky life that's great to read because you are adorable and lovable. Even without a blog you will stay those things, so I WILL keep in touch!!!
